When you purchase, you are purchasing a license to use the software on 1 computer. You do not own the software. You own a license to use the software. We Reserve ALL RIGHTS to the Software.

This is typical of ALL Software on the market today.

PhotoELF is NOT Shareware. It IS Copyrighted Software.

Sharing or Distributing the PhotoELF Program or the License KEY is strictly forbidden and is a crime. It violates U.S. Law, International Treaty Law and is a kin to "Shoplifting".

PhotoELF is sold "AS IS"... Fortuneately, you may download and try it before you purchase a license.

UPGRADE POLICY:

PhotoELF offers Upgrades to Licensed Users when new versions are created.

There are several Options available for Upgrading and each option has a different price. All Prices are substantially lower for Licensed Users.

Bug Fixes: In the event a Major "Crippling" Bug is discovered we would offer a "FIX". This is extremely Rare.

Most "Bug Reports" we receive are not bugs, but individual computer or hardware conflicts that can be resolved by other means.

Behavior Changes are not Bug Fixes.
